Autumn auditions

We are looking for new choir members for all voices! ✨

Audi­tions will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Ruskeasuo Parish Center Rasti, located at Tenho­lantie 6. Reserve your audi­tion time and feel free to ask for more infor­ma­tion by sending an email to: rekry@lempikuoro.fiAlso, let us know if you would like to audi­tion but the sche­duled date doesn’t work for you.

At the audi­tions, you will meet the choir conductor Julia and a four-member music committee. The audi­tion will take approxi­ma­tely 15 minutes and will include the following:

∙ Inter­view
∙ Range testing with short melodic exercises
∙ Your own chosen song to sing without accom­pa­ni­ment
∙ A short quartet singing task that will be sent three days in advance. You are expected to learn your part so that you can sing it as a part of the ensemble, interpre­ting dyna­mics and other nuances.
