The payment will first remain booked in your account until it is confirmed imme\u00addia\u00adtely after the concert or product has been shipped.<br><br><strong>Payment methods<\/strong><br>The payment methods through Klarna payment service include online payment from all Finnish banks, credit and debit cards, Mobi\u00adlepay and 30-day credit card.<br><br><strong>Order confir\u00adma\u00adtion<\/strong><br>After a successful order, an auto\u00admatic order confir\u00adma\u00adtion will be sent to your email address. To send the confir\u00adma\u00adtion message, you will need to provide an email address when placing the order. The order confir\u00adma\u00adtion will also serve as a ticket to the concert or in exchange you will also receive any programme booklet you may have ordered.<br><br><strong>Vali\u00addity<\/strong><br>The ticket is valid for the dura\u00adtion of the event. The ticket is non-refun\u00addable, non-trans\u00adfe\u00adrable or non-refun\u00addable for any benefit other than that indicated on the ticket.<br><br>In the event of a cancel\u00adla\u00adtion of a Lempi\u00adkuoro concert, ticket purc\u00adha\u00adsers are entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket and any handic\u00adraft programme purc\u00adhased. Indi\u00adrect costs, such as the cost of a travel ticket, will not be reim\u00adbursed.<br><br><strong>Deli\u00advery method<\/strong><br>The preferred method of deli\u00advery for all orders is elect\u00adronic product to email and pick-up of the handout at the door of the concert venue.<br><br><strong>Deli\u00advery time<\/strong><br>Ticket products will be deli\u00advered elect\u00adro\u00adnically imme\u00addia\u00adtely and the programme booklet will be avai\u00adlable at the door of the concert venue.
