TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LEMPIKUORO TICKET SHOP

Ticket shop
Lempikuoro ry sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the ticket shop by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in Klarna’s checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it. When ordering from the Ticket Shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time, as well as the Register and Privacy Policy.
Payments
Online payment processing is carried out by Klarna Bank AB in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Your payment is immediately registered with the merchant and a confirmation message is sent to your e‑mail address. The payment will first remain booked in your account until it is confirmed immediately after the concert or product has been shipped.
Payment methods
The payment methods through Klarna payment service include online payment from all Finnish banks, credit and debit cards, Mobilepay and 30-day credit card.
Order confirmation
After a successful order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To send the confirmation message, you will need to provide an email address when placing the order. The order confirmation will also serve as a ticket to the concert or in exchange you will also receive any programme booklet you may have ordered.
Validity
The ticket is valid for the duration of the event. The ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable or non-refundable for any benefit other than that indicated on the ticket.
In the event of a cancellation of a Lempikuoro concert, ticket purchasers are entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket and any handicraft programme purchased. Indirect costs, such as the cost of a travel ticket, will not be reimbursed.
Delivery method
The preferred method of delivery for all orders is electronic product to email and pick-up of the handout at the door of the concert venue.
Delivery time
Ticket products will be delivered electronically immediately and the programme booklet will be available at the door of the concert venue. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays.
Exchange and return conditions
Tickets: Tickets are not automatically exchangeable or refundable. In the event of cancellation of an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
Other products than tickets: According to the Finnish Consumer Laws, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the order is not cancelled. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Problematic situations
If a product is lost, does not arrive in your inbox or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days of ordering and payment to: info@lempikuoro.fi
