TERMS AND CONDI­TIONS OF THE LEMPI­KUORO TICKET SHOP
Valid from 1.3.2023.

Ticket shop
Lempi­kuoro ry sells products to indi­vi­duals of legal age in Finland and the EU. We reserve the right to change prices and ship­ping costs.

Orde­ring
Products are ordered in the ticket shop by trans­fer­ring them to the shop­ping cart and paying for the contents of the shop­ping cart in Klar­na’s chec­kout service. All customer infor­ma­tion is treated confi­den­tially. Contact details requested at the time of orde­ring will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambi­gui­ties in it. When orde­ring from the Ticket Shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and condi­tions of deli­very in force from time to time, as well as the Register and Privacy Policy.

Payments
Online payment proces­sing is carried out by Klarna Bank AB in coope­ra­tion with banks and credit insti­tu­tions. Your payment is imme­dia­tely regis­tered with the merc­hant and a confir­ma­tion message is sent to your e‑mail address. The payment will first remain booked in your account until it is confirmed imme­dia­tely after the concert or product has been shipped.

Payment methods
The payment methods through Klarna payment service include online payment from all Finnish banks, credit and debit cards, Mobi­lepay and 30-day credit card.

Order confir­ma­tion
After a successful order, an auto­matic order confir­ma­tion will be sent to your email address. To send the confir­ma­tion message, you will need to provide an email address when placing the order. The order confir­ma­tion will also serve as a ticket to the concert or in exchange you will also receive any programme booklet you may have ordered.

Vali­dity
The ticket is valid for the dura­tion of the event. The ticket is non-refun­dable, non-trans­fe­rable or non-refun­dable for any benefit other than that indicated on the ticket.

In the event of a cancel­la­tion of a Lempi­kuoro concert, ticket purc­ha­sers are entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket and any handic­raft programme purc­hased. Indi­rect costs, such as the cost of a travel ticket, will not be reim­bursed.

Deli­very method
The preferred method of deli­very for all orders is elect­ronic product to email and pick-up of the handout at the door of the concert venue.

Deli­very time
Ticket products will be deli­vered elect­ro­nically imme­dia­tely and the programme booklet will be avai­lable at the door of the concert venue. We are not respon­sible for delays caused by force majeure or indi­rect damage caused by delays.

Exchange and return condi­tions
Tickets: Tickets are not auto­ma­tically exchan­geable or refun­dable. In the event of cancel­la­tion of an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

Other products than tickets: Accor­ding to the Finnish Consumer Laws, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the order is not cancelled. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packa­ging. Proble­matic situa­tions
If a product is lost, does not arrive in your inbox or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days of orde­ring and payment to: info@lempikuoro.fi
